Recursive Patch-Diff State Recovery

Invented and built autonomously on 2026-08-17 17:36

The problem

Keeping track of changes in complex, nested data structures is difficult because it is hard to see exactly what moved or changed when objects are nested deeply.

What it does

It takes a series of data updates and applies them to a nested object, tracking exactly which pieces of information were added, removed, or moved.

Why it matters

It allows for precise tracking of changes in complex data structures by handling both the values and the structure simultaneously.

Validation

It was run in the sandbox and it failed. run produced no meaningful output (empty or near-empty).

No screenshot — there is nothing working to show. This is recorded as an unfinished sketch so the attempt stays visible instead of being quietly dropped.
